Organisational Capabilities

All of Ram Pumps products are manufactured to the quality assured standard ISO 9001:2015 at our factory in Worthing, West Sussex.

Castings, forgings and other items, including specialised bearings, fabrication and sealing parts are manufactured by carefully selected sub-contractors who use Ram Pumps pattern equipment, tooling and designs. All sub-contractors adhere to our strict quality standards and control methodology.

Our highly experienced design team utilise computer aided parametric drafting equipment to produce all designs and modifications. These designs are reviewed for compliance and passed by our planning and quality assurance engineers before they reach the shop floor.

Our factory is staffed with a team of specialised personnel who take great pride in their dedication to the production of high quality pumps. As well as the production of pumps, Ram Pumps Ltd also constructs complete pump packages and specially engineered packages that are ready for delivery and installation at your site.

The manufacture of the company’s machined products to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance is undertaken in our factory in West Sussex, England.  Our current facility is 16,934 sqft.

Significant investment in manufacturing has allowed the Company to produce standard pump models in larger production batches, offering the client superior lead-times and favourable prices.  The proven chevron packing design and concentric solid ceramic plungers are featured throughout these standard pump models.  Standard duplex stainless steel liquid-end construction offers a very affordable and durable pump for reverse osmosis and other chemical and industrial applications.
